This is my second time going to this CVS there is a guy that work there he is continuously rude he took my things off the machine and said the store is closed 9:42pm he repeatedly said I will not purchase anything at this store from previous interaction for something that I was purchasing ,this time he took my wallet and threw it out the door at 9:47pm at this same CVS.. I will take this all

The way to corporate office so they will see what is happening in their stores when they workers are trying to get off ,, please pull up the video at this store and you will

See the entire reaction of your worker while he snatched all my items too purchase off because he is angry .. this will go viral and I am going to sue this corporation

I was at CVS pharmacy picking up Casey refill for tut acid reflex. Two months in a row, this particular pharmacist has been giving me an attitude.

Tonight, I told her off. She has failed to accommodate me in terms of reasonable accommodation. Its my ADA rights to an effective communication. I didnt ask her to remove her mask but to consider writing it down since I cant hear.

Its not my fault I have a hearing loss.

Doesnt excuse her attitude two visits straight. They arent wearing name tags and she refused to give me her name

I'm disabled having back surgery Monday and every time I go to this CVS they treat me like I'm a pill junkie rude and make me feel like I am something I'm not always pushing the date further away for my medications I've been on since 2005. Just put the bag in the drive through box and didn't say thank you have a good day go to *** nothing.

I know what customer service is since I owned my own business for yrs until I couldn't work but you don't disrespect a customer time after time and treat them like they are dirt.

Someone please give them a lesson on customer service please because if they are doing it to me then how many more are they doing this to. That's the reason I'm a well valued customer across the street at Walgreens sorry I was such a bad and unwanted customer

Tracking the delivery of the prescriptions I ordered to be shipped to my house in SC I found my prescriptions went to Philadelphia, PA then to Greenville, SC then to Charlotte, NC then to Atlanta, GA then to Reno, NV at which point I contacted CVS Caremark to tell them it didn't look to me like my prescriptions were going to get to me in SC. Caremark told me the shipment time was still within their 10 day window and there was nothing they could do to send me a new order and they could not contact USPS to find out what went wrong.

They suggested I call all 3 doctors who prescribed the medicines and have them write new prescriptions. Ultimately I contacted USPS myself and they said yes indeed it seems "something went wrong in the loop" and they would mark it "urgent" to try and expedite it.

I'm disappointed that CVS Caremark couldn't have at least tried to expedite the shipment. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I receive my medication.

Why is it that CVS gets my prescription every month since 2009 I ask them to order the medication. Honestly, I need the medication in order to be able to walk in function.

Take care of my family take care of myself Basic needs get up to go to the bathroom shower so when and so forth, they dont have it they dont know when theyll get it even though they order it and then the pharmacist tells me well you need to go to other pharmacies to find it. No, I really dont. CVS is my pharmacy. It is all of a sudden everybodys problem because a bunch of people in our world didnt know how to control their drug habits in so those of us who actually have diseases and health issues we cant get our medication now something is wrong with our system, so what am I supposed to go to the hospital because my body goes in to seizure mode because Im detoxing from a medication that I was supposed to be able to pick up two days ago and CVS standing behind me.

No theyre not , the girl told me when I asked her what I was supposed to do she told me I was supposed to have my doctor call to find a medication that they could fill well you know what I take for other medications and this is the only medication that I can take without more health problems, but seeing that she was looking at the screen showing all of my other medication.

She was not intelligent enough to not speak those words . I think we need to get more educated kinder people in their customer service, and they need to find a way to get us the consumer counting on our pharmacy to be able to provide our medication and when its a controlled substance, you cant go pharmacy in Shopping, nor can I hardly walk into one pharmacy let along multiple pharmacies.

I was shopping for some gel nails because I bought the poly gel nails, and I've not been very successful with the dual forms. So I went to CVS to see if they had the gel nails.

Since I was there, I figured I see if they had primer, top coat and base coat for the poly gel kits. As I'm looking at the products, just doing my shopping, when one of the workers come back and stands right beside me. At 1st I started to get upset because of how close she was standing then I thought maybe it was because the aisle was small, and she was Probably putting nail polish up. I hear a beeping noise that caught my attention and I am now looking at her paying more attention to why she is standing right next to me when there is a whole store because I realize she isn't putting any nail polish on the shelf.

She was just doing anything she could, so she could watch me. But I ignored her and didn't let her behavior get to me. A few minutes go by, and she finally walks away. Another minute or 2 passes, and I need a price check, so I look for her because I'm thinking about the beep that caught my attention when she was scanning prices next to me damn near on top of me.Anyways.

I didn't have to look far, she is one isle over in the very back, where she was able to stock me. I ask her to price 3 items and thinking back now. She priced them, but instead of handing them back to me, she keeps them. All 3.

I only ask her to scan the prices. Nothing that would cause her to be holding my items I was wanting to purchase. So I tell her OK I'm going to buy this, and I just took them back from her. I put one back on the shelf and start looking at makeup.

I can't believe the way I was treated. Another worker with black hair starts walking by me, mumbling remarks calling me a thief. I was kneeled down looking at something when she comes walking in a very intimidating manner like she was going to do something to me, then once she gets right up on me, she turns real quick and makes a real loud noise like bam or something like that. She also was a very ignorant person who has no business working with the public.

She was very ghetto acting. Next thing I know, the other woman comes storming up the makeup aisle yelling a t me telling me to get out of the store now. She humiliated me so bad. II Really couldn't believe this was happening.

Grant it, I do carry a large purse as a million other women. That don't give anyone the right to mistreat someone. I was discriminated against for carrying a large purse. I ask her, what do you mean, why do I have to leave.

She replied saying I got you on camera so you better get out of my store. I am calling the police, I have to make a report on you. I said, d are you *** kidding me. I didn't do a damn thing wrong.

She then starts getting even nastier,, telling me I better stop cussing and to get out. I told her I wasn't going toleave,e I'd be outside waiting on the police because I did nothing wrong. . Then I thought better remberinng how the sheriff's are and how the police would more than likely take her side and I'd end up in jail all because I was shopping at CVS.

The car I drive is in my Dads name, so the police will be contacting them and this will cause me so many problems. I mean, this can really make a lot of things in my life go to *** I don't have enough time to go into detail about the ways this can ruin my life. I'm just praying that it don't. How do people get away with this.

I don't want to even go back to any stores. I mean, this goes to show you u can be doing anything and be accused of wrong and possibly wind up in jail.

It happens every day. Wrong place at the wrong time.
