Vaccine complaints
I have not received the (2) $5.00 coupons for the 2 vaccines I received on 9/15:2025 as advertised in the store as promised by the customer service while I was still in the store. The complaint issue was going to be forwarded to the appropriate department in the corporate office. I am waiting for this to be resolved.

Need taxexempt certificate
I need to speak to someone at corporate regarding the CVS tax-exempt certificate. Every phone number I try leads to a dead end. Can I get the accounts payable phone number or the tax department phone number, please?
Preferred solution: I need a tax exempt certificate and cannot get in touch with corporate no matter what phone number I call. can you provide a number?
Cvs on 5th street 314- should be closed
The pharmacist had my prescription since October 28th 2025 the pharmacist never filled my prescription and when my when at near my insurance called them on October 3rd they said that the prescription will be in either Friday or Saturday I called the pharmacist on Saturday he said that he had to fill other prescriptions and he didn't have my prescription ready now this is 5 weeks it's b*****

CVS would not offer rain check for out. Of stock product.
Was issued a receipt coupon for $4 off a particular brand of eye-care products. When I visited a CVS store prior to the expiration of the coupon, it was out of those products.
I asked CVS by email for an extension of the deadline so I could buy. By 4/26 email, it refused to extend this 'rain check.' What business does that?
Preferred solution: A rain check on the coupon for purchase.

I am a pissed-off customer
I have been going to CVS for a while and I had to start paying for my prescription 137 for 1 prescription. Then all of a sudden they told me I didn't have to pay for it anymore CUZ I had Medicare I've had Medicare for 20 years now I don't have to pay it I had asked them to reimburse me more than once, and they told me it was too late I want my money back!
I am on a fixed income, and they do not care. I will not let them push me out I will stay at Target because that's the principal.
CVS getting rich robbing health insurance
CVS employees dont care! Understaffed, overworked.
They have no empathy for their customers, but its the headquarters thats getting rich. Overpriced OTC items to the amount of three times pharmacist not doing their jobs properly.
No one answers the phone anymore. The app is incorrect and the website needs to be fixed to fill prescriptions.

Customers waiting to check out pressed the button to call the clerk. As she exited the back room, she yelled, 'I'm coming, geez!' She helped one person and then left.
I had a question, so I followed her. As I was coming around the corner, she was berating another customer who was asking a question.
She said, 'I have no idea. There's no one here to help you, so you will have to wait.' Then I asked her my question which was about a price and she said to me in a huff, 'Well, if people would look at the price stickers, they wouldn't have to ask these questions.' It was clear she was understaffed, but that is not our problem.

Your pharmacists rude, incompetent, unprofessional & are liars.
Spent 2+ weeks to receive 4 of 5 requested rx's; 5th rx still waiting on despite multiple calls to CVS & medical md's office. Today pharmacist said I was yelling at him, NO, I raised my voice, 1 week w/out needed rx despite ordering w/plenty of time.
I said i could take my business elsewhere & was told, "go ahead, we don't need your business".
Called CVS Admin, spoke w/a nice Daniel, tx'd to complaint dept., had bad connection, asked them to c/b, hung up.
They c/b, still couldn't hear, said "I'm done w/CVS, taking business to competitor, canceling Care Pass Card & making more complaints ... this is 3rd time in year for this location @ 53 E Olive in Porterville, CA.
User's recommendation: Prices are highest, long waits in store, this location had drive thru ... don't use if you are sick & don't have lots of time to wait. You will need to constantly *** & pharmacy will constantly say nothing received from MD offices & will call them liars, despite several calls to MD offices to verify authorizations sent. Been going breast cancer treatments for 2 years & this has been an unnecessary added stress.
Harassing
This is my second time going to this CVS there is a guy that work there he is continuously rude he took my things off the machine and said the store is closed 9:42pm he repeatedly said I will not purchase anything at this store from previous interaction for something that I was purchasing ,this time he took my wallet and threw it out the door at 9:47pm at this same CVS.. I will take this all
The way to corporate office so they will see what is happening in their stores when they workers are trying to get off ,, please pull up the video at this store and you will
See the entire reaction of your worker while he snatched all my items too purchase off because he is angry .. this will go viral and I am going to sue this corporation

WARNING
CVS /Caremark will reject every RX claim from Arden Courtan Assisted Living locked Memory Care facility. I had to pay out of pocket for all my husbands meds that CVS/Caremark rejected.
Onmnicare CVS/Caremark company and the pharmacy that Arden Court uses threatened to deny my husband his Rx-s if I didnt pay his past due bill.
(I was fightingCVS/Caremark). So I had to pay all the rejected claims from CVS/Caremark -otherwise my husband might die.
So -Be very carefull before you use any of these services.

I tried to order a photo book, but the coupon code wasn't working, so I called. They instructed me to order it online and they would refund me the coupon amount, citing a site-wide issue.
Consequently, I ordered to pay in the store, not realizing they meant to pay online. They told me to submit another order to pay online and promised to call the store to clarify that I only needed one. I arrived, he had indeed called them, but he didn't inform them that I had already paid, so I ended up paying twice. I paid $100 for a photo book that should have only been $30 (they did refund me $19 so technically I only paid $80, but still!).
I tried calling and kept getting transferred around, with both representatives claiming I would have to go in-store to receive my proper refund.
I would like to receive my $50 refund without having to go in-store as I have 3 children, one of whom is 8 months old. Can this issue please be rectified?

On 2/5/2024 CVS tried to sell me a Prescription already filled on 1/25/2024. They were aware of this because the database shows my Prescription information.
On 6/02/22 tried to only fill half of my pain prescription, most likely keep the rest. Tried to overcharge for medications last year.

You're right. We DON'T care.
We're treated like crap by both corporate and customers, we work ourselves to the point of burnout because more work keeps getting piled on top of us, yet hours continue to get cut.
Our pay is a joke. We TRY to care about our customers, but when more than half of them are screaming at you because you can't fill their scrips fast enough/can't control the bloated copays/can't fill controlled substances early/aren't psychic, yeah, it crushes your compassion after a while.
